This opportunity is offered via Ajilon, brand of the Adecco Group to work onsite at our large scale Financial Services Client in Bromley.

This is a great opportunity for anyone with core admin/office skills looking for a new role in an exciting, fast paced team within the Financial Services industry. Ideal for those who have recently left school or have graduated and have exceptional organisational and time-management skills.


This role will involve manual archiving and moving of documentations so candidates should only apply if they’d be prepared for the physical element of lifting boxes and moving between different floors.


Background on Department and Reason for Assignment


Global Wire Operations are looking for a conscientious individual to work within our Document Management team and assume sole responsibility of the daily archiving and scanning responsibilities. The individual will provide a high level of support to our EMEA Investigations team based in Bromley, Hyderabad and Gurgaon; sourcing key documentation and scanning the required articles to the individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to gain an understanding of the structure of Global Wire Operations and the treasury business, whilst at the same time broadening their knowledge further by engaging with a number of areas within Operations.


Daily Duties


* Working closely with a team of Investigators
* Daily archiving and monitoring of Payment Data
* Scanning of all incoming documentation to our extended team in India
* Sourcing documentation required for Investigation purposes
* The ability to multi-task, working with adherence to strict deadlines
* To be able to deal with enquiries for internal clients and achieve timely resolution of all same day items
* Provide administrative support to both the Payments Processing and Investigations departments
* Ensures adherence to our Legal document retention policies and guidelines


Skills, Systems and Qualifications:


* Good communication (both written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills
* Good team player, enthusiastic and committed
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Able to priorities, use own initiative and to be flexible
* Knowledge of internal systems (beneficial but not essential)
* Able to express his/her own ideas and make suggestions to improve processes / gain efficiencies.
* Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook an advantage
* Ability to learn quickly and to retain those skills
* Pro-active in identifying and resolving problems
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and to navigate change
