Private Client Solicitor
A well established Law Firm based in Bexleyhealth are looking for a Private Client Solicitor on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a team where you will be responsible for your own Private Client caseload so must be comfortable in taking instructions for/preparing and dealing with Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Tax Law.
Looking for soemone who can take ove rthe department as current Head is retiring and awaiting the right person to hire so he can hand over his work. Partnership opportunity may be available after a certain time for the right Candidate.
Role to be based at our Bexleyheath office. Hours 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Joining a team, you will be responsible for your own Private Client caseload including (inter alia) Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Tax Law. The successful applicant will have gained excellent solid Private Client experience, have the ability to meet tight deadlines and targets whilst working under pressure, have a positive, pro-active, personable and professional approach to both clients and staff and a dedication to professional development.
