Motor Trade Call Centre Executive / Booking Advisor required in Canterbury, Kent

Salary £14,500 – OTE £18,500

Hours Week 1 8.00am – 5.00pm
Week 2 8.30am – 5.30pm
Week 3 9.00am – 6.00pm

Our client is an automotive franchised dealer group, they are currently looking to recruit experienced call centre staff to join their customer focused service bookings team.

As part of our clients automotive main dealer aftersales team you will be responsible for:

-outbound calls to existing customers

-maximising profit opportunities by promoting additional work, service plans and warranties

-customer care and retention

-providing quotes

-ensuring that all customers calling into the dealer group are dealt with in an efficient and polite manner

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced call centre operative looking to join a successful main car dealership. The role would suit an individual with automotive knowledge and customer care experience. Experience in a telesales environment is essential, experience within the automotive industry would be an advantage.

Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Full training on all systems will be given.
