SKYPAC Background For nearly three decades SkyPac Parts and Supply has been an established supplier of military and commercial aviation related parts and services: supporting fleet requirements either through our inventory of parts and components, or via our global network of manufactures and suppliers. We provide a single point of contact for the essential task of providing import/export and ITAR regulatory compliance. International and US Government contract negotiation and logistical support are critical to a winning outcome.
POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for assisting in the execution of customer/client contracts as well as identifying and qualifying potentially reliable subcontractors/vendors in support of company programs across multiple business units. Drafts, negotiates and finalizes contractual agreements in order to limit liability exposure and protect the company from risk. Evaluates contract requirements, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with regulations, company policies and customer specifications, including supporting domestic and international, government and commercial customers and is the subject-matter expert on all things related to company contractual documents.

- Identify and qualify potentially reliable aviation-related subcontractors/vendors capable of supporting company programs across multiple business
- Monitor subcontractor/vendor performance on a continuing
- Negotiate, and assist in the execution of, new sales contracts and supplier/vendor agreements, working directly with Project Managers, outside suppliers/vendors and customers/clients.
- Review contract terms and perform risk assessment, providing mitigation advice as
- Examine estimates of materials production costs, performance requirements and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in proposal review process, reviewing RFP and RFQ terms and conditions, providing appropriate changes or
- Monitor contracts for company compliance with all contractual requirements, including regulatory requirements, customer specifications and on-time
- Advise Project Managers and management of contractual rights and
- Communicate contract information to appropriate departments and personnel in a timely
- Act as principal interface with external customers on contractual
- Resolve all contractual problems on a timely basis; negotiate and settle disputes regarding contract interpretations, conditions or compliance with legal
- Develop strategies for negotiation in alignment with company
- Maintain current knowledge of proposed regulations in order to analyze potential impact on current and future contracts.
