The Trainee Teacher Person Specification
In order to be instantly considered for this opportunity, you must be;
A Graduate with at least a 2:1
A strong, confident attitude
Excellent timekeeping, organisational skills and communication skills
The passion to work through the 2-year program with full commitment

The Trainee Teacher Role
Fly through to QTS through this paid-route, and become a Trainee Teacher working across Key Stage 2 as both a Teaching Assistant in the first instance, and then as a Teacher working through a part-time curriculum to instil all the new skills you have learned through the excellent training provided by University of Buckingham! Assist the Primary Teachers here, and build up your skills by observing and taking classes, picking up tips and experiences along the way, ultimately leading to you becoming a well-rounded Teacher!
