Hotel Security Officer - TownePlace Suites Marriott Seattle Southcenter - Kent, WA

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott – Southcenter is looking for a full time night security guard. This person is responsible for the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and the hotel property.

The following responsibilities are required of the security guard:
-Perform regular security and surveillance of interior/exterior of hotel, maintaining a comfortable presence for hotel guests.
-Driving the hotel’s courtesy shuttle is required for this position. The applicant should be able to provide a current driver’s abstract if invited to interview.
-Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and ability to locate all building and utility controls.
-Assist hotel guests when necessary with special requests or maintenance issues.-Ensure communication with Front Desk is maintained at all times.
-Perform a high level of customer service with all hotel guest interactions.

The candidate chosen for this position will spend the majority of his/her time outside providing surveillance of the property.
