£26,445 – £34,500 per annum (based on a 45 hour working week)

Simply, we provide more than 60,000 healthcare professionals including; nurses, doctors, midwives, allied health professionals and administrative staff to work shifts via our bank at our NHS client Trusts across the UK.
We are at the forefront of developments in the temporary staffing market and due to recent contract award NHS Professionals are seeking a dynamic and experienced account management / customer service professional to join and complement our Client Relationship Management Teams who are dedicated to service delivery at the very front line of our business.
You will have strong credibility, be personally resilient, articulate, focused, dedicated and flexible to meet the needs of the business. Strong negotiating and client relationship skills are essential. Flexibility and ability to travel is a must for this role.
Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager you will act as the initial point of contact for our service, providing across sites key account management and troubleshoot local issues between clients and NHS Professionals. Using your initiative to provide effective liaison and relationship building across a range of operational, recruitment, quality and complaints management processes to deliver a client focused service.
Key Tasks of the role:
Responsible for creating, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholder trust(s) and internal NHS Professionals departments to ensure service issues are identified and resolutions implemented.
Develop knowledge of terms of business and service requirements in order to improve/uphold operational standards. Ensure compliance of all NHS Professionals instructions, procedures and policies.
Support the recruitment and induction of Flexible Workers delivering and presenting at training centres as required.
To participate in the local management of complaints and untoward incidents in accordance with the NHS Professionals policies and procedures and maintaining accurate documentation and record keeping following the meetings, consultations or incident involving clients and flexible workers.
Identify client issues and problems relating to service delivery and facilitate timely and effective resolutions.
Provide necessary cover for the absence of colleagues and the demands of the department.

Please note, the working hours for this role are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
