A role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor join a well-established Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm based in Bexleyheath, Kent.

The firm have a rich heritage and have been established 40+ years. They have a network of offices spanning Kent. The firm pride themselves on offering good prospects and progression, with many of the firm’s Partners having been promoted from within, this has given the firm a great staff retention rate. The firm’s Dartford office is very busy and you will have a full caseload therefore you will need to hit the ground running. Culturally the firm are dynamic, friendly and supportive, you will work as part of a highly experienced team.

This role would ideally suit a Commercial Property who is used to handling the full array of commercial property matters. with at least 1 years PQE. You will have good experience of running your own general commercial property caseload, including landlord and tenant cases, development work for small SME’s and larger businesses. You will be joining a very friendly and successful team of six, the firm is involved with the local community and people are rarely in the office after 5.30pm, the firm really promote a work life balance!
