G & W’s Project Managers/ Field Superintendents provide leadership and accountability for successful project delivery. We are currently seeking individuals who are are looking for a part-time work that are available to work nights and weekend to assist our Project Management Team. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills while trying on a Project Manager role. Responsibilities: Manage projects to the highest level of safety, quality, and timeliness, optimum productivity in a manner that facilitates appropriate profit and maximizes long term client relationships. Set personal example in all aspects of professional conduct including appearance, accountability, verbal/written communication and safety practices. Manage information, establish expectations and communicate with internal and external customers. Qualifications: Knowledge of commercial construction methods processes and management practices. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Management Skills Proven leadership Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with others towards a successful project.
