Sales / Office Administrator
We are an award winning Waste Collection Company (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified company) provides services to Londoners in helping them to clear their Domestic and Commercial Waste.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, who will deliver an exceptional service to our customers via phone, a proactive and ambitious person to join our company, who will be enjoying in undertaking tasks in different areas of the business. Selected candidate will be receiving a competitive salary along with sales commissions and other benefits such as trainings for personal and carrier development.
The ideal candidate for this role requires knowledge/experience within a Administrator / customer service position (office based), with proven experience in dealing with customers over the phone.
The successful candidate should :
• Ability to multi-task
• Great communicator / good spoken & written English is a must.
• Excellent telephone skills and communication skills
• Taking the initiative and ownership of the work /Self organised
• Friendly / Patient, with good interpersonal skills to manage and maintain customer relationships.
• Good work ethics
• Problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
• Previous customer Service Experience relates to Waste Management / Waste Collection industry would be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel is required.
• Experience in providing excellent levels of customer service (over the phone), dealing with customer enquiries
• Desire to learn and improve new work procedures / processes and skills.
• Experience in a service industry (office based) is required:
• Experience in working on Quick Book and other systems may be an advantage
• Professional and approachable
• Qualifications in Business Management / Marketing & Sales or Accounting would be an added advantage.
Your Responsibilities / Duties
• Managing all customer enquiries and Sales/Booking processes.
• Provide excellent service to our customers via phone /dealing with enquiries
• Coordinating with truck Teams to meet the customer requirements
• Updating spread sheets / systems to ensure all queries received via emails, phones and conversations are logged in the system.
• Invoicing and Payment processing
This job required working on a full time basis from Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm. This position is a permanent job and performance appraisals will be carried out.
