Person Specification – Secondary School Teacher Trainee

The school are looking for a dedicated and conscientious Secondary School Teacher Trainee who has some previous experience in a school and who has the necessary thick skin to survive in sometimes challenging scenarios. We want to see Secondary School Teacher Trainees with the drive to fit in to the current ethos of the school and adapt their own teaching style to make an instant impact. The new Secondary School Teacher Trainees must possess a deep understanding and appreciation for the teaching method and the benefits of proactive pedagogy. Applications are welcomed from Graduates in any degree subject with Maths and Science related degree holders particularly sought after. Good A-Levels are a must.
