Administrator
Plumb and Parts Center one of our trade brands, are looking for an Administrator to join our Sittingbourne branch. This is a varied role and would suit somebody who is self-motivated, organised and puts customer service as a priority.

About the role:
You will be responsible for the administrative processes within the branch, whilst working with the management team on ad hoc tasks as required. This will involve assisting in the preparation of quotations, cash handling, banking and cash collection, directly with the customers and suppliers.
As the first point of contact for all of our customers with invoice and quotation queries we’re looking for somebody who is confident communicating at all levels, able to offer exceptional customer service and build and maintain customer relationships.
About you:
To be selected for telephone interview you must be able to demonstrate;
- Experience in a similar administrative capacity or a background in customer service
- High levels of personal organisation and initiative
- Enthusiasm, self motivation and confident communication skills
- Confidence working with written documents and numbers
You will work 35 hours a week 8am – 4pm Monday-Friday, plus 8am – 12pm on a Saturday on a rota basis
