In this field based account management role, you will be selling my clients industry leading range of cladding panels into builders merchants and contractors across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

JOB TITLE: Account Manager / Area Sales Manager
SELLING: Cladding – weatherboards and decorative facades for the new-build housing sector
SELLING TO: Builders merchants, distributors, contractors, builders and local developers
TERRITORY: Essex, Kent, Surrey and Sussex
PACKAGE: £27k-£30k basic, £34k-£38k+ uncapped OTE and car, laptop, mobile, pension & 24 days holiday

THE PERSON:
• You will be of graduate calibre and have with some commercial sales experience
• You may already be in a field sales role, or be within a merchant or distributor looking for a career in the field
• You could be working within the construction industry, or be coming from the FMCG / B2B sector
• Either way you will ambitious, focussed and career minded
• With strong communication skills, and a professional & structured approach to sales

THE ROLE:
• A field based territory sales role, selling my clients leading range of fibre cement cladding products
• Account managing and developing the relationship with an established portfolio of builders merchants
• Developing relationships to raise their product awareness and helping them to increase sales of your products
• You will also support them by creating demand and winning business with the contractors and local developers
