Job Description
The candidate will be an innovative and enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who has extensive experience in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be used to working at a high level with motor manufacturers, understanding the challenges of the aftersales market, be able to multi-task, be a self-starter able to cope with seeing a project through from inception to completion.

Position Summary:
As a client relationship manager, you will be expected to develop and maintain a strong relationship with our existing and future clients at senior management level. You will have strong project management skills, be highly IT literate and be able to translate client business requirements into detailed briefs, produce business specifications and provide innovative and functional solutions to business challenges. Working with a team of web developers and database managers, you will ensure that existing systems are maintained and developed to the clients’ requirements, deal efficiently with queries and bespoke reporting requests and ensure that the support function works effectively. It is essential that you are able to work alone dealing with all aspects of the project.
Key elements of the role:
Attending and running regular liaison meetings with clients.
Setting up and managing projects.
Translating client business requirements into key deliverables.
Dealing with ad hoc reporting requests and data queries.
Presenting to dealer networks and other stakeholders including new product launches.
Training users on the key aspects of web based reporting systems.
Specifying new applications according to client requirements
Qualifications:
The candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry having worked in the past with motor manufacturers. They will have strong analytical skills, able to work in detail with data.
Candidates must have received training in the following:
A good understanding of Dealer Management Systems.
Microsoft products including advanced Excel, Access and Power point.
Formal project management training
Advance presentation skills.
