Who YOU are
You are a detail oriented, dedicated, and accountable person. This job involves repetitive, tedious tasks that need to be mastered. Attendance is vital! The work is Monday – Friday but Saturday runs do happen when things are busy.
Each work day is scheduled from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm but at times the days work may be completed a little early or require a few extra hours – it’s all part of working with fresh coffee. We do our best to keep the schedule consistent, but your day is not over until the work is complete. Your team will depend on your attendance, and you don’t want to let them down do you?
Showing up on time every day, truly caring about quality, offering your help to other teams, and quickly learning each role will be vital to your success.
What does the Coffee Packaging Team do?
The Coffee Packaging Team is responsible for high quality and timely order fulfillment. The Machine Operators will complete each production run and oversee that the work is completed properly and on time. The Production Manager will train you and report feedback regarding your performance. Other duties include: quality assurance, quality control, fulfillment of orders, and product assembly.
Your Core Role
- Responsible for working on the coffee packaging lines.
- Provide accurate order fulfillment, labeling, and quality control.
- Help setup the fulfillment line.
- Keep fulfillment area clean and orderly.
- Maintain effective teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of speed and a high level of quality while multi-tasking.
- Provide timely feedback regarding performance of machines and teammates.
- Assist in providing training or direction to other fulfillment line employees.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and value system.
What We Require
- Ability to perform in a FAST PACED & MULTI-TASKING work environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical demands: Lifting up to 70 lbs on occasion and 50 lbs regularly, in addition to standing for extended periods of time, reaching, and crouching.
- Consistently provide high quality results while multi tasking.
- Strong time management skills, able to be on time and use work time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain quality relationships with teammates and management.
- Enthusiasm and the ability to achieve goals within a supportive team framework.
- A passion for coffee and its awesome culture.
Schedule & Hours
- 30 – 40 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday (sometimes Saturday)
- Shifts may vary based on production needs.
Compensation
- $10.50 per hour to start.
- Will review performance after 30 days.
