The Team and Role
We are recruiting for an ambitious, high achieving Development Manager to join our dynamic Health and Care team. Leading team members in development methodologies, patterns & practices, testing practices, and tools that complement the software architecture. Must be able to communicate effectively and diplomatically with colleagues throughout all levels within the organisation. Promoting good agile development practices within the team, ensuring that high quality tested development is delivered iteratively, with high visibility and transparency, to the business.
The Requirements

You Will:
Excellent agile experience
Coaching and mentoring of junior/mid/senior developers
Proven track record as Scrum Master
Continuous integration and deployment
Good understanding of n-tier software development
Effective use of source control systems
Experience of Object Oriented programming, SOLID principles and design patterns
TDD, xUnit
TFS/Git
Experience of C#.Net in both greenfield and brownfield development environments
SQL Server (TSQL for SQL Server)
We would like you to have:
Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
Experience using Jasmine for unit testing and Protractor for End To End testing.
Experience using SASS and TypeScript
Experience using Microsoft Entity Framework
Experience using Dependency Injection Frameworks
Experience with Domain Driven Design, CQRS, and/or Event Sourcing
