About the Teaching Assistant role
This Primary Teaching Assistant role involves you working across the whole school, helping to support the needs of lower ability children across both Key-Stage 1 and Key-Stage 2. In This Primary Teaching Assistant role, you will also be leading 1-1 and group sessions of targeted intervention that will help raise attainment levels. Throughout this Teaching Assistant post you will be supported by an experienced SENCO who will give you all the training and support you need to become an effective and valued member of staff.
Graduates that excel in this role will also be offered the opportunity to join the School Direct programme that this school operates, this will see you transform from Graduate Teaching Assistant to fully Qualified Primary Teacher.
