Are you passionate about Fitness, looking for a new opportunity in Sales?

Adecco are proud to be representing a local fitness centre in Ashford who are currently recruiting for a full time membership advisor to join their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity in which you will be required to:

– Generate new leads by engaging with prospects and via external promotional opportunities.
– Build and maintain relationships with new and existing contacts.
– Guide new visitors through their experience and close membership sales.
– Interact with existing members to facilitate membership experience and encourage referrals

The ideal candidate will generate leads in person and over the phone, closing sales and gaining referrals. You will need to be confident on the phone, and have the drive to meet daily key performance indicators and ultimately sales targets. The role will involve working a variety of shifts during the week but typically these will be 9-2,3-8 with the need to work some weekends.

In return for your commitment you will receive a basic salary of £13,910 + Commission, plus benefits such as discounted gym membership for yourself and family members.
