None of us really understand what happens to get an apple from the tree, to our fruit bowls. The time taken to check what a grower has produced, the quality of the product and where it can be sold to. As the consumer we then go to our chosen supermarkets and buy that apple.

However if you have experience in Quality Control / Assurance in the fruit sector, you will know! Your passion to ensure the produce you are grading is of the up-most quality for your clients is what we seek. Your technical skill in a particular if you have it, within soft fruit, stone fruit, berries or exotic. You would be working for one of the market leaders!

We seek an experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our team, however if you have performed QC on a production line we could train you also. We simply want to be the best fresh produce leaders in the market place and with your assistance it will enable us to please our customers with the best produce and in the most efficient way to supply them.

Trading for almost one and a half centuries our business offers security and great benefits to be discussed at application. So the question is do you have the technical ability and want to work with a family orientated, forward thinking business, always looking for ways to improve.

Salary on offer is £18,000 to £19,000 dependent on experience.
