REESON EDUCATION: NQT Teacher

REESON Education is currently working on behalf of this small and friendly 2 form entry primary school in the South East London borough of Bromley to recruit a confident, energetic and ambitious Newly Qualified Teacher to join them from September 2016.

*Newly Qualified Teacher*

*Flexible year group

*London main pay-scale*

*Bromley, South East London*

*Superb NQT support and proven induction support*

The Head of this smaller than average ‘good’ school is keen to appoint a confident and bubbly Newly Qualified Teacher to join their supportive staff team from September 2016. The successful candidate will be ambitious and keen to kick their teaching career off with a well-rounded induction year in a family feel tight knit school where each pupil and staff member is valued.

The Headteacher of this community primary school is keen to highlight that the successful candidate will benefit from extensive support in a much more tailored and hands on fashion than in larger schools.

The school is located in the Bromley borough of South East London and benefits from extensive outdoor space being based in a leafy suburb. The school benefits from smaller than average class sizes (between 20 and 25) and 2 support staff in each class.

The school is keen, where possible, for prospective candidates to come in for schools visits and initial meets over the February half-term prior to committing to interviews.

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Successful completion of both skills tests

  • Experience of either the Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2) National Curriculum

  • Two recent teaching related references.

  • Confidence and ambition to succeed

Salary:

The salary for this Newly Qualified Teacher position will be in line with the London main pay scale with the potential of including a generous welcome packet for outstanding candidates.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to be a part of a school that values the abilities of each child and ensures that staff receive the support and career development opportunities that they require.

If you feel you would be suitable for this position then please forward your CV across to or call Sam at Reeson Education as soon as possible.
