Person Specification – Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant
To be considered for this Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant role, will need to be a motivated Science graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree and have already spent time in a role where you worked closely with children. The ideal new Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant will have the a very rich knowledge of their degree subjects, integral to becoming a successful teacher. The school wants graduates who can show all members of the school community that them are enthused and motivated by a desire to teach. Ideally, the school need a Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant who is able to show a passionate interest in pedagogical practice, behavioural management and all areas of teaching .
