Administration Assistant




We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to work at London Leisure College.


London Leisure College (soon to be renamed GLL College) is an award-winning college based at the National Sports Centre in the picturesque Crystal Palace Park. Our vision is to be the leading provider of vocational qualifications for the leisure industry. We’re looking for an experienced, customer-service oriented Administrator to help with our busy workload.


You’ll undertake general administration tasks as well as answering enquiries and emails from members of the public, our students and partners. You’ll also be involved in ensuring the correct resources, facilities and equipment are in place for our courses. This is a key role that will provide essential help during our busiest periods, so you’ll need to be well organised, friendly, helpful and approachable and be willing to help with everything from photocopying to filing and answering the phone as well as having the flexibility to provide concierge services within the College.


This will suit someone with a strong background in administration and office work who has great communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll also have a good understanding of IT packages such as Microsoft Office and other online management and scheduling systems as you’ll need to maintain our online learner management system.
