We are looking for an experienced Clinical Manager who has an extensive range of nursing experience ideally in primary or urgent care, to be accountable for the development of clinical practice around the Ashford and Canterbury area. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care, implementing local patient pathways and liaising with multidisciplinary healthcare services.

Where relevant you will line manage, appraise and develop a team of Nurses and Doctors within your region and support the Lead Nurse in clinically supporting the nursing team as well as being responsible for facilitating effective productivity and performance management of all clinicians using clinical audit outcomes and providing feedback and support in order to ensure that performance management techniques are positively applied and understood.

Working closely with the Local Medical Director, you will be accountable for patient safety, clinical governance standards and formulation and adherence to policy.

It is essential that you have your Registered Nurse qualification with a current PIN.
