Founded with the objective of developing successful recruitment businesses within niche market sectors – Radiography, Occupational Therapy, Pharmaceutical, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Pharmacy.
Due to an internal promotion we are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our growing organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities
o Chasing all Diagnostic and Ultrasound Consultants weekly timesheets
o Providing timesheet reports for bases over 30
o Providing margin summary
o Assisting with pay queries from 3rd party payment systems
o Uploading candidates to 3rd party systems such as Validate, 247 & NHSP
o Assisting filling in NHSP back office forms
o Completing Compliance Checklists
o Advertising vacancies on database
o Advertising vacancies on job boards
o Booking candidate accommodation
Experience required
o Excellent communications skills, internally and externally
o Highly pro-active
o Must be well organised
o Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
o Strong administration experience and telephone skills
o Show enthusiasm and flexibility
o Willingness to provide high levels of customer service
