TEC Equipment, the west’s premier, multi-point, full-service, heavy-duty truck dealership based in Portland, OR is a growing company with over 1,100 employees in 23 locations in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and California.
We are seeking a Receptionist for our Des Moines (Seattle), WA dealership. In this position, you play a vital role in establishing excellent first impressions with customers and visitors by phone and in person and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Manage incoming sales calls and multi-line phone system
- Greeting and assisting customers and other walk in guests
- Receive packages and process outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support to sales departments
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in customer service/reception role
- Proficient with computer programs (e.g., MS Office Word and Excel)
- Excellent phone etiquette, professional demeanor, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multi-line phone system and front desk in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain organized files and multi-task successfully
